8:00 AM SOLANO HEARTS UNITED — Suisun Valley The Solano Turkey Trot race is a mass start for the 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk! All runners will be lined up according to their pace. The lineup will be clearly marked by pace time. The main staging area for all race-day activities is at Solano Community College located at 4000 Suisun Valley Road in Fairfield, California. Other race-day activities include food booths, awards and other fun activities for the entire family, including a 1-Mile Kids Fun Run that will start at 9:30AM. The Solano Turkey Trot is sponsored by Solano Hearts United, a collaboration of four non-profit organizations who have joined together to raise awareness and support for children, adults and seniors in Solano County. 8:00 AM SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL OF RIO VISTA — Downtown Rio Vista Join us for a Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk by Project Heart & Sole on Thanksgiving morning. All proceeds benefit Riverview Middle School and Rio Vista High School cross country teams. Registration before November 1st: Adult $25, Youth (14/under) $15.Free t-shirt guaranteed before Nov 1st. After November 1st; Adult $30 and Youth $15. Race day registration/packet pick-up opens at 6:30am. Timed 5K race begins at 8am. Parking is limited. If possible, please carpool. Age group medals to first, second, and third place. Age groups: 0-10, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89. Overall first place male and female. Rain or shine.
