10:00 AM SOLANO LAND TRUST — Rockville Trails Preserve Remember the day AFTER Thanksgiving? Not into Black Friday shopping? Had enough TV football? Kids need wiggle-time? Nothing to do or offer your out-of-town visitors? What to do with the leftovers? In the spirit of encouraging more time outdoors, Solano Land Trust is joining REI’s #OptOutside campaign by offering an outdoor experience on the day after Thanksgiving. The community is invited to bring Thanksgiving leftovers, family and visitors, and get outdoors to explore a hidden corner of Solano County. Participants will hike 4 to 5 miles up and down hills, enjoying great views and stopping for lunch to eat those Thanksgiving leftovers. Since space is limited, pre-registration is strongly recommended online. More details are on the registration page when you click on the above link. Registration is required.
