Gather up the Thanksgiving leftovers for lunch, the family, your out of town guests and come explore a quiet hidden gem of Solano County with Solano Land Trust docents. We’re going to show off the new (Fall 2019) trail. We are part of REI’s #OptOutside campaign. Moderate to Strenuous, 4-6 miles, rain cancels, 10am-2pm. Registration recommended online. 5:00 PM CALIFORNIA WATERFOWL ASSOCIATION — Grizzly Ranch The Novice Women’s Duck Camp at Grizzly Ranch in the Suisun Marsh is a 3-day workshop and hunt for already-licensed women hunters who have hunted ducks five times or fewer, and who have not registered for the Nov. 1-3 Novice Women’s Duck Camp in the Upper Butte Basin. This camp is for women 21+ who are already-licensed hunters who have hunted ducks five times or fewer. For more information or to register, visit us online. Leader: Sarahbeth Gonsalves Registration is required. Location: 4179 Van Sickle Rd Suisun City DIRECTIONS: Turn onto Grizzly Island Rd from Highway 12 in Suisun City. After 5.4 miles, you will fork right and cross Montezuma Slough Rd. After 3.3 miles turn right onto Van Sickle Rd. (Note: you should see a white fence) After 0.4 miles turn right into Grizzly Ranch. In 0.7 miles, you will arrive at the Ranch. |
