9:00 AM MARE ISLAND HERITAGE TRUST — Mare Island Shoreline Heritage Preserve It's our 5th Annual SF Bay Osprey Days! Osprey begin to arrive and begin nest building around mid-February, and by late July the Osprey young begin fledging - so this is a great time to come to Mare Island and experience the Osprey Phenomenon! Come join us for Audubon Society and local field guide led outings to view Osprey on Mare Island, presentations about Osprey, challenges to their nesting sites, workshops on webcams and banding, drawing and more!
