BACKROAD VINES — BackRoad Vines One of the unique aspects of Suisun Valley’s BackRoad Vines is their BOCCE COURTS! The Bocce Ball courts are open to the public during regular tasting hours. The winery also hosts a bocce league! Are you interested in joining the Bocce Ball League? All levels of experience are welcome and new leagues start every quarter. Each team consists of 4 players. Join StoneRoot Field & Sea, The Green Valley Agricultural Conservancy and our world-class team of ranchers, fishers, chefs, musicians, winemakers and brewers to celebrate some of our region’s amazing and delicious offerings. It’s a casual evening under the oaks to enjoy great food, wine, beer, music and community. Friday Nights at the Farm is located on Green Valley Road at Vintage Lane in Fairfield’s beautiful Green Valley wine region. There is no admission fee for this event. 7:30 PM RUSH RANCH EDUCATIONAL COUNCIL — Rush Ranch The evening's presentation in the Rush Ranch Nature Center by local Astronomy enthusiast, Jon Pannier. The outdoor viewing will begin at dark. Telescopes will be on hand. Personal scopes & binoculars are welcome, but be familiar with their setup and use and arrive before dark. Mosquito repellant and warm clothing layers are a must. Children are welcome, but must remain supervised at all times. In order to preserve night vision, flashlights should be covered with red cellophane, and all latecomers should dim their headlights. Cloud cover will force cancellation of the outdoor part of the event. For questions, call 707-689-2639. Free but donations appreciated!
