6:00 PM MARE ISLAND HERITAGE TRUST — Mare Island Shoreline Heritage Preserve Calling all full, super, harvest, and blood moon enthusiasts to the Preserve for an awesome location to view and photograph the moon. Depending on 'Spare the Air', we’ll crank up the campfire and certainly the visitor center will be open. Bring some friends. Start out with a hike to the Mare Island Hilltop to watch the sun set, then stay around for a rare moon viewing experience. Maximum eclipse will be at 7:47pm.
