Novice Women’s Pheasant Hunt Weekend   Saturday,  SEP  28, 2019
8:00 AM

CALIFORNIA WATERFOWL ASSOCIATION —  Birds Landing Hunting Preserve and Sporting Clays
Women’s Pheasant Hunt Weekend (Sat, Sep 28 and Sun, Sep 29) at Birds Landing Hunting Preserve & Sporting Clays is an amazing opportunity to complete hunter education, get shooting instruction and go on a mentored hunt (with loaner guns available) the next morning. It’s a fast and easy way to give hunting a try without a major commitment of time or money, and you’ll meet other women you can continue to hunt with down the road – lasting friendships are formed at this event! If space is available, we will allow already-licensed women and significant others to join us for the entire event, or just for the hunt. Call Becoming an Outdoors-Woman Coordinator Sarahbeth Gonsalves at 559-972-3441 or by email to see if spots are available. For ages 21+. Cost is $250 per person, which includes meals, lodging, hunting license and upland stamp (bird cleaning is available at Birds Landing for an additional fee), 1 year CWA membership and all equipment. For more information or to register, visit online.
