10:00 AM SOLANO COUNTY PARKS / SOLANO LAND TRUST — Lynch Canyon Open Space Park All you need to bring are your kites and kids to enjoy the Annual Kite Festival! It’s a family-friendly event, and kids of all ages and ability levels are welcome. The festival and parking are free. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy while watching dancing kites. No dogs allowed.
