8:00 AM NAPA - SOLANO AUDUBON SOCIETY — Solano County The Benicia Christmas Count will be held on Monday, December 20. "Pre-count" observations can be recorded for 3 consecutive days before the count day and "post-count" for 3 days after the count day. Robin Leong is our Christmas Count Compiler and we will be checking out various areas in the count circle, adding birds we may not see on count day. Everyone is welcome and this is a great chance to learn more about our Christmas Count and how you can help. Pack a lunch. Be prepared to bird till 2:00 PM. Car-poolers will share driving expenses (recommended $.30/mi to be split by the number of riders). Click on event link above for more information.
