Solano Trek and Overnight

8:00 AM BAY AREA RIDGE TRAIL COUNCIL Bay Area Ridge Trail Join the Bay Area Ridge Trail, Greenbelt Alliance, Solano Land Trust, City of American Canyon, and the Greater Vallejo Recreation District on a gorgeous 2-day supported hike and overnight. Enjoy the company of fellow trail enthusiasts on an adventure that includes catered meals, gear transportation, and more. This trek is a great way to explore the Ridge Trail and the network of open space it goes through in Solano County. Participants will attend a 2-day hike from Newell Open Space Preserve to the Benicia State Recreation Area, staying at McIntyre Ranch overnight on the journey south. The hike will feature panoramic views of San Francisco and Suisun Bay, and the opportunity to socialize with other trail enthusiasts! This hike is strenuous. Your safety starts with being honest about your fitness in accomplishing the hike for each day. 9:00 AM SOLANO LAND TRUST Patwino Worrtla Kodoi Dihi Open Space Park Enjoy a Nature Hike at Patwino Worrtla Kodoi Dihi (formerly known as Rockville Trails Preserve). We’ll travel about 4-6 miles up and down hills enjoying views of Solano’s valleys, the Delta, and Mt. Diablo. Registration is Required. Moderate to Strenuous, 9am-1pm. Registration is required. Please note, cancellation of the hike may occur due to County Fire Danger Warnings and closures of open spaces and parks. Once registered, you will receive any updates should this ever happen.
