10:00 AM MARE ISLAND HERITAGE TRUST — Mare Island Shoreline Heritage Preserve Join us Aug 8-10 for history, nature and recreation mixed up Mare Island style with guided hikes, birdwatching outings, food, music and a Fennel Forest Fun Run/Walk, cooking demo by Pollen Ranch and BBQ. The U.S. Navy will escort a hike to the Historic Southshore Saturday, 10:00am-12noon.
